BW200, BW350 and BW80 Are Distinct Big Wheel Motorcycles
Yamaha’s BW family combined off-road motorcycle engineering with the unmistakable wide-tire Big Wheel format. PartsNMore’s current selection is deepest for the BW200, followed by the BW350 and BW80. Yamaha’s historical records place the BW200’s original release in 1984, while U.S. parts records begin with the 1985 BW200N—a useful reminder that launch dates and model years can differ by market.
The BW80, BW200 and BW350 are separate motorcycles with different engines, chassis and model records; displacement alone is not a fitment guide. Yamaha also lists standard and electric-start BW200 versions separately for 1986, so starter-system, electrical, engine-cover and control components require the complete model designation. Related TW, XT and PW pages can help riders browse other Yamaha trail platforms, but those links do not establish parts interchange.
