Our Return Policy – No Hassle, No Restocking Fees!
We believe in making things right, which is why we NEVER charge restocking fees! Whether you ordered the wrong parts, sold the bike before you had a chance to install the part, or simply received the wrong size or color, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered!
You can return unused and unaltered items within 60 days of receiving them (excluding electrical parts), and we'll handle your return with a friendly, "the customer is always right" attitude. When you’re reasonable, we are too!
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a full refund for the item. Refunds are processed back to the payment method used when you made the purchase.
Important Notes:
- All returns must include the original packaging and be shipped in a secure shipping box.
