About the Suzuki LS650P
Front pads, rear shoes and fuel-tap coverage need separate checks.
The LS650P selection supports specific repairs within Suzuki’s Savage single-cylinder family. Unlike a broad engine-parts search, this page is especially useful for the brake assemblies, individual clutch plates and fuel petcock recorded under the P suffix.
Plan the repair around the fitted brake or fuel tap
Front brake pads work in a disc caliper, while the rear shoes work inside a drum. Neither product substitutes for the other. The fuel petcock likewise needs its own mounting, outlet and operating arrangement checked. Missing application years on these parts are not permission to fill the gaps.

Check before orderingIdentify your LS650P and fitted parts
- Confirm the P suffix rather than using the Savage badge alone.
- Compare front pad shape or rear shoe dimensions to the fitted wheel assembly.
- For fuel-tap work, retain the original hose routing and identify every connection before choosing a replacement.
