Brake pads, shoes & hydraulics
Match the front or rear brake and the actual caliper or drum. Pads and shoes are different parts; pad shape, retainers and application matter. Master-cylinder repair kits must match the cylinder being rebuilt.

Find Suzuki RM250 parts for brake, clutch, fork, carburetor and engine repairs. Browse all model years in one place, or select your year to narrow the range. Each part has its own application—check the RM250 years and the components fitted to your bike before ordering.

BEFORE YOU ORDER
A shared RM250 badge does not make parts interchangeable. Use the model year to narrow your search, then match the component and the repair you are doing. This matters especially on bikes with replacement forks, engines, carburetors or brakes.
Match the front or rear brake and the actual caliper or drum. Pads and shoes are different parts; pad shape, retainers and application matter. Master-cylinder repair kits must match the cylinder being rebuilt.
Match fork seals by the complete seal dimensions and the forks fitted to the bike. An oil seal, dust seal, bushing and retaining ring serve different purposes. Steering-head and swingarm bearings also have separate applications.
Friction plates, plain steel plates and clutch-spring kits are separate purchases. Check each product’s years and supplied quantity. A single plate is not a complete clutch pack, and a spring kit does not include the plates.
Identify the carburetor fitted to your RM250 before choosing a kit. Compare its application and contents with the parts you need. Replacement carburetors and modified jetting need their own checks; the frame year alone is not enough.
Choose gasket sets for the engine being repaired and the joints you plan to open. Compare the actual contents before dismantling the engine. A water-pump mechanical seal is a separate component with its own application.
An OEM reference identifies the original part being replaced; it does not by itself mean a replacement was manufactured by Suzuki. Genuine OEM parts are identified explicitly in the product information.
These examples cover different RM250 years. Follow the application shown for each part.

Read the return policyNo. This collection brings together RM250 parts with different applications. Select your year, then check the individual product’s fitment and specifications. Do not fill gaps in a listed year range by assuming the next year is the same.
Match the component actually fitted to the motorcycle. Its dimensions and application may differ from the original equipment for the frame’s year. Send us the component markings and clear photos if you need help identifying what to order.
Only when the individual product explicitly lists your RM250 application. A similar model name, appearance or engine capacity does not establish interchangeability. Some products fit several motorcycles, but each listed application must be checked separately.
Check the product’s supplied quantity and contents. Friction plates, steel plates and spring kits are separate products. A model-year application tells you which bike the part is listed for, not how many pieces are included.
