About the Honda CA102
Small CA102 sealing and rubber parts work best when matched to the actual joint and mounting point.
The CA102 selection brings together four small restoration jobs with 1963 applications: the exhaust joint, tank-cap seal, kickstarter rubber and stand contact rubber. These are separate pieces rather than one general rubber kit. Replacement caps, levers or stands need to be compared directly because the original model identification cannot confirm an altered component.
Match each rubber to the part it supports or seals
For a tank cap, compare the groove and sealing profile. At the kickstarter, inspect the lever end and the way the rubber fits. At the stand, check the stopper’s mounting and contact point as well as the stand itself. The exhaust gasket belongs at its specified joint; inspect the seat and alignment before choosing a replacement.

Use the model, year and fitted component together when comparing these applications.
Fuel cap
Match the sealing groove
The selected seal lists CA102 1963. A changed cap may use a different rubber profile.
Lever and stand
Two different rubber locations
Compare the kickstarter end and the stand contact separately. These rubbers do not replace the complete lever or stand.
Exhaust joint
Check the gasket seat
The selected gasket lists CA102 1963. Match the installed exhaust joint, especially when the exhaust has been replaced.
