About the Yamaha BW200
Choose Big Wheel service parts by repair location and model year.
The BW200 selection has useful repair choices with different end years. Fork seals and the featured clutch plate reach 1988, while the linked steering bearings and engine cam chain list 1985–1986. The needle-and-seat assembly is narrower again, with a 1985 entry.
Check the clutch stack before ordering individual plates
Record each clutch plate’s type and position, then compare thickness and condition with the service specification. The featured BW200 plate is sold individually for 1985–1988, so determine the required quantity from the inspected assembly. Engine cam-chain work is a separate valve-timing repair with a 1985–1986 application.
