About the Kawasaki ZX600
Find your ZX600 model first, then build the parts order around the repair.
The letters after ZX600 distinguish different Kawasaki motorcycles. ZX600A is associated with GPZ600R and Ninja 600R names; ZX600C with GPX600R and Ninja 600R. ZX600B identifies the Ninja 600RX. The D and E models use Ninja ZX-6 or ZZ-R names depending on market, while F, G and J codes appear in Ninja ZX-6R applications. Retain the full code when comparing parts.
Compare the component as well as the model name
Fork service shows why the suffix matters. The linked ZX600C oil seals measure 38 × 50 × 8/9.5 mm, the ZX600F seals 41 × 53 × 8/10.5 mm and the ZX600G seals 46 × 58 × 10.5 mm. Carburetor rebuild kits also differ between generations. Use the model collection to narrow your search, then compare the part dimensions, contents and exact year application before ordering.

The linked carburetor kit lists ZX600A 1985–1987 and ZX600C 1988–1997. For the ZX600B, the model guide focuses on independently identified 1987 applications.
D and E
Shared chassis parts, different engine listings
The linked D-model gasket set lists 1990–1992. The E-model carburetor kit lists 1993–1994. Neither range should be extended from a broader brake or clutch listing.
