RM60 parts: three repairs with three different applications
Compare the model, the repair location and the part’s own application before ordering.
The RM60 fork seals, clutch plate and float needle with seat are selected by the assembly being repaired. A fork-oil leak calls for the seal and fork condition to be assessed; a clutch service starts with the plate type and stack; carburetor fuel-level control depends on the float-valve arrangement.
The year ranges are not interchangeable. Fork seals list 1979–1983, the clutch plate lists 1980–1983, and the float needle with seat lists only 1980 and 1982. This is a set of individual repair options, not a complete RM60 rebuild package.

Check before orderingIdentify your RM60 and fitted parts
- Confirm the model year and whether the engine, fork or carburetor has been replaced.
- Compare the old fork seal’s full dimensions and the fork-tube surface before ordering a seal set.
- For the float valve, match the carburetor, needle tip and seat attachment. Keep the two listed years separate.
