About the Suzuki SV650S
Carburetor, clutch and brake parts for the half-faired SV.
The SV650S is the half-faired partner to Suzuki’s naked SV650. Its early 1999–2002 models use carburetors, while the 2003 redesign introduced fuel injection. This collection concentrates on early carburetor and clutch service plus brake-pad applications that extend into the next generation.
Early engine-side repairs and a wider brake-pad application
For a 1999–2002 SV650S, compare the carb kit and individual clutch plates against the parts being serviced. For a later bike, start with its fuel system and clutch specification instead of the early kit. The sintered pads below include 1999–2005, subject to matching the caliper position and backing-plate shape.

Frame, engine and component checksIdentify your SV650S before ordering
Record the frame and engine markings, then compare the component being repaired. Include replacement-engine or chassis details if the motorcycle has been modified.
- Use the full SV650S model and year, retaining an ABS designation where applicable.
- Confirm carburetors versus fuel injection before choosing fuel-system parts.
- For clutch work, identify each plate by design and stack position; do not infer quantity from the number of product listings.
- For brakes, match pad outline and caliper position, including any replacement calipers.
