About the Kawasaki KDX125
Front pads, rear pads and individual clutch plates for 1990–1997 applications.
The KDX125 sits within Kawasaki’s KDX off-road model family. For a machine with years of trail use or replacement controls, identifying the actual calipers and clutch components is as important as reading the frame model code.
Match brake pads by caliper position
Front pads reference 43082-1081 and rear pads reference 43082-1137 share the same KDX125 year range, but belong to different calipers. Compare the backing plates and retainers at each end of the bike. The clutch plate, reference 13088-1058, is sold individually and needs a separate stack-position and quantity check.

Frame, engine and component markingsKawasaki KDX125 identification
Use the complete frame/model identification and the correct market documentation. Identify a replacement engine, carburetor or front end separately from the frame.
- Read the frame/model identification and confirm the model year from the correct market record.
- Compare front and rear pads independently, including retaining-pin locations.
- Check clutch-plate type, thickness and stack position against the service information.
A shared model prefix or similar appearance does not establish the model year or parts fitment.
