About the Suzuki VS750GL
Four distinct repairs on the GL version of the 750 Intruder.
The VS750GL is part of Suzuki’s liquid-cooled, shaft-drive 750 Intruder family. Keeping GL in the parts search helps separate it from GLP and GLF coverage. On a motorcycle with replacement forks, handlebars or brake hydraulics, the markings and dimensions of the actual assembly matter as much as the frame label.
Buy for the component being serviced
Rear-carburetor rebuilding, fork sealing and front master-cylinder repairs call for different kits. For a coolant leak, identify the pump sealing surface before ordering: a mechanical seal at the shaft is a different component from the pump cover gasket.
Model and application differencesVS750GL years, carb position and sealing parts
Rear carburetor
The rear kit lists 1985–1991. Keep carburetor position and body markings with your order notes.
Later fork seals
The 1988–1991 set measures 39 × 52 × 11 mm. Earlier forks need their own application check.
Water-pump year gap
The GL mechanical seal has 1988 and 1990–1991 coverage. Do not assume the unlisted 1989 model uses the same seal.
