About the Honda NSF100
Focused engine and fork-cap service parts for the HRC NSF100.
The NSF100 is HRC’s purpose-built racing minibike, powered by an air-cooled four-stroke single-cylinder engine. HRC identifies the model type as HR01 and provides dedicated service publications. Use that model identity when planning engine or chassis work, particularly on a machine prepared or modified for competition.
Plan around the joint being opened
An intake valve is a cylinder-head service part. The oil-pump gasket seals the pump joint, while fork-cap O-rings seal the top caps. Compare the parts needed for the work with the NSF100 service information before dismantling, including any separate gaskets or seals.

Cylinder-head service
Match the intake valve to the NSF100 application and inspect the related valve-train components during the repair. A valve is not a complete cylinder-head kit.
Oil-pump gasket
This gasket seals one pump joint. List any other joints being opened so that their gaskets and seals can be checked separately.
Fork-cap sealing
The linked O-rings seal the caps at the top of the forks. Sliding-tube oil seals and external dust seals serve different locations.
Identify your motorcycle before orderingNSF100 identification & fitment checks
- Match the machine’s identification to the NSF100 model and keep replacement-engine details separately.
- For head work, identify intake versus exhaust before comparing valve dimensions and keeper grooves.
- For fork-cap service, compare the old O-ring and its groove; use the correct NSF100 service publication.
