About the Honda NX125
Use the NX125’s exact year to connect a fuel-system repair with the right engine service parts.
The NX125 collection connects small fuel-system repairs with clutch and engine oil-screen service. A float pin, petcock and mesh screen do different jobs and are supplied as separate service pieces. Identifying the repair location helps avoid ordering a small component when the complete assembly needs attention.
Check the float hinge, fuel tap and clutch separately
Inspect the float hinge before choosing its pin, and compare the tank mount and outlet before replacing the petcock. For clutch work, retain the 1988–1989 plate boundary. During oil-screen service, identify the mesh strainer and any seals disturbed when accessing it.

Carburetor hardware
Check the float hinge
Inspect the pin, float and supporting lugs as separate pieces. The replacement pin does not include a float or float valve.
Clutch application
1988–1989 plate example
Do not extend the selected friction plate to 1990 simply because other NX125 parts list that year.
Oil service
Identify the mesh screen
Compare the screen’s shape and location with the engine reference. Check cover seals and other service items separately.
