About the Suzuki SP600
Keep the engine clutch, handlebar control and fork requirements separate on your SP600.
The SP600 products selected here identify 1985 applications. Their shared year covers several different jobs, from replacing an engine clutch plate to servicing the fork or a worn handlebar lever. A later replacement perch, front end or engine must be compared by its own identity before using the original SP600 application.
Check clutch controls as well as the internal plates
Inspect the lever pivot, cable movement and release mechanism when assessing clutch operation. These controls can need attention separately from the clutch stack. Match an internal plate by its design and dimensions; match the lever to the fitted perch. If either the controls or engine have been changed, use the identity of those components when choosing parts.

Use the model, year and fitted component together when comparing these applications.
Clutch internals
Match the plate being replaced
Different plate entries appear in the SP600 selection. Compare the original plate and product specification; do not assume one plate supplies a complete stack.
Clutch control
Inspect the lever and perch together
The selected lever lists 1985. Pivot dimensions, cable-end fit and perch design matter if the controls have been changed.
Fork and oil drain
Measure the correct location
The fork seals and engine drain plug are separate sealing jobs. Check the full fork-seal size and the drain plug’s thread and sealing arrangement.
