About the Yamaha DT50
The DT50 name covers more than one fork size and several distinct fuel-system applications.
The DT50 fork-seal entries here split between 27 × 39 × 10.5 mm for 1978–1980 and 30 × 40.5 × 10.5 mm for 1987–1994. Brake products also include separately named DT50LC applications. That makes the exact model, year and installed fork more useful than a general DT badge when choosing chassis service parts.
Keep the fuel-valve gap with the carburetor repair
The featured fuel-valve entry lists DT50 1988–1989 and 1991–1992; 1990 needs a separately supported part. Match the actual carburetor and compare the product contents. Rear brake shoes use different entries—DT50 1984–1996 and DT50LC 1988–1990—so retain the full model name and rear-wheel position when combining fuel and brake parts in one order.

Use the model, year and fitted component together when comparing these applications.
Earlier fork
1978–1980: 27 × 39 × 10.5 mm
Match the original seal and installed fork. The later DT50 size is a different application.
Later fork
1987–1994: 30 × 40.5 × 10.5 mm
Compare all dimensions, not just the model badge. Do not fill the intervening years from these two entries.
Carburetor inlet
1988–1989 and 1991–1992
The selected float-valve product does not list 1990. Identify the fitted carburetor and compare the valve assembly.
