About the Kawasaki ZX900C Ninja ZX-9R
Carburetor, fork, brake and exhaust service for the C-model ZX-9R.
Kawasaki’s 1998 ZX-9R uses the ZX900C1 designation. The selected products on this page list C-model applications for 1998–1999, so owners can compare carburetor, rear-brake, fork and exhaust service items in one place.
Match the service part to the C-model repair
Start with the assembly being repaired. Carburetor kits must match the fitted carburetor bank; rear pads must match the rear caliper. Fork dust seals protect the oil-seal area from dirt but do not replace leaking oil seals. Exhaust gaskets are selected by joint location and sold quantity.
Compare the earlier ZX900B and 2000–2001 ZX900E collections when identifying your ZX-9R.

Before orderingModel, frame and component identification
- Match the frame/VIN to the C-model year and market in factory documentation.
- Check the fitted carburetor bank independently when an earlier or later engine has been installed.
- Match the rear-caliper pad profile and exhaust-gasket location to the parts removed from your motorcycle.
Send the PartsNMore team your model and year, plus clear photos of the component and its markings. Use factory documentation for serial-number interpretation.
