Honda CB900F parts for repair and restoration
The CB900F name covers two very different Honda fours. The earlier Super Sport uses carburetors and an air-cooled engine; the 2002–2007 919/Hornet has liquid cooling and electronic fuel injection. Identifying the generation first makes the repair parts below much easier to sort.
Early carburetor service
The carburetor rebuild kit lists 1981–1982 CB900F fitment. Confirm the fitted carburetors and the kit application before beginning the repair.
Engine and cover sealing
For an early CB900F engine teardown, the engine gasket set lists 1979–1983 CB900F applications. It is sold as a set; compare the gaskets required for your repair before ordering. The later 2002–2007 bike has a separately listed alternator-cover gasket, sold individually.
Fork oil seals by generation
The 39 × 52 × 11 mm seal pair lists the 1981–1982 CB900F; the 43 × 54 × 11 mm pair lists 2002–2007. Each part is a set of two seals. Measure the installed fork if the front end has been changed.
Choosing parts for your CB900F
Separate the two generations. Honda used the CB900F name for the early air-cooled, carbureted Super Sport and later for the liquid-cooled, fuel-injected 919/Hornet. A 2002–2007 bike needs fuel-injection-era parts, not the early carburetor kit. Check the year range printed on each product.
Identify the installed carburetors. The rebuild kit lists 1981–1982 CB900F applications. If the carburetors have been changed, check the units fitted to your bike against the kit application before ordering.
Check fork and brake hardware on the bike. The fork-seal pairs have different diameters for the two generations. For later front-brake hydraulic work, the master-cylinder repair kit lists 2002–2007 fitment, while the reservoir diaphragm is a separate individual part. Match the installed assembly before ordering.

Building a custom CB900F?
If you are changing the bars or controls, browse universal handlebars and grips and mirrors and adaptors. Check clamp size, mirror threads, cable reach and full-lock clearance on your particular generation before ordering. A universal label is a starting point for measurements, not a direct-fit promise.
