CRF70 to CRF70F: identify the model, then build the repair list
Compare the model, the repair location and the part’s own application before ordering.
The CRF70F is the complete model named in the products highlighted here. Honda’s model history links it to the XR70R, but that lineage does not confirm every carburetor, fork or clutch part across the two models. An engine or front-end replacement adds another identity to check.
The application gaps are especially useful when planning the order. Fork seals list CRF70F 2004–2012; the float and pin list 2004–2009 and 2011; the individual clutch plate lists 2004–2005. Keep those differences visible instead of treating the broadest range as coverage for all three products.

Identify your motorcycle before orderingCRF70 identification checklist
- Record CRF70F and the model year from the motorcycle identification, including any engine or fork changes.
- Compare the carburetor float and pivot arrangement with the product. Do not fill the 2010 application gap by inference.
- Identify the clutch plate from the correct assembly diagram and confirm how many individual pieces the repair requires.
