Honda XL250R parts for repair and restoration
The XL250R is the later R-designated member of Honda's XL250 trail-bike line in this collection. Its 1982–1983 carburetor pump diaphragm is a narrower application than the fork-seal set shared with other XL250 variants.
Repair leaking forks
The two-seal fork set covers 1982–1983 XL250R and measures 35 × 48 × 10.5/11 mm. Check the installed fork if it has been changed.
Restore carburetor pump sealing
The individual carburetor pump diaphragm fits 1982–1983 XL250R. Match its shape to the fitted carburetor rather than buying a general XL250 gasket.
Reseal the clutch cover
The individual clutch-cover gasket covers 1982–1983 XL250R. Compare the cover edge and clean the sealing surfaces during installation.
Choosing parts for your XL250R
Find the R code first. The carburetor pump diaphragm is listed only for 1982–1983 XL250R in this selection; it is not an entire carburetor repair kit. Select the repair by the part that failed.
Look at the fork and cover separately. The fork seals may also fit S and original XL250 years, but the gasket covers a particular engine cover. A swapped assembly changes which part you need.

Building a custom XL250R?
An XL250R with new bars still needs smooth throttle movement and cable clearance. Compare universal grips and bars or mirrors to your controls and check full steering travel.
