Honda XL600V parts for repair and restoration
Treat engine, fork and brake fitment as separate checks on the XL600V.
The XL600V Transalp debuted in 1986. The fork-seal set covers 1987–1994, while the clutch plate and rear shoes cover 1989–1990.
See the Honda XL600 family guide for related model guidance.
Check the fitted assembly
Record the model year and sales market, then inspect the actual fork, rear brake and clutch components. Restored Transalps may have replacement forks, brakes or clutch parts, so check the components fitted to your motorcycle.
