About the Honda VFR800 Interceptor

Honda’s VFR moved to 800 cc and PGM-FI fuel injection in 1998, with VTEC following in 2002. The VFR800 name therefore spans different engine and chassis generations. Use the full code, year and original market together when comparing replacement parts.

VFR800FI parts include 1998–2001 fork-cap and hydraulic-clutch items. VFR800A ABS parts focus on front master-cylinder and clutch repairs. VFR800F parts separate early gasket and fork items from the later 2014–2015 steel clutch plate. Standard VFR800 entries remain here; retain additional suffixes such as FD when asking about a part.
