About the Kawasaki EX250
The carburetor, fork and front brake do not share one year range.
Kawasaki identifies the 2008 EX250J8F as the Ninja 250R. Other EX250 model codes and markets still require their own application checks. The fork seals highlighted here divide into 1988–2006 and 2008–2011 groups, while the carburetor kit and front master-cylinder kit cover different periods.
Match the carburetor and brake unit, then the service kit
A carburetor kit needs to match the actual carburetor and the service pieces required. Fork seals need the full original dimensions. A brake master-cylinder kit needs the correct hydraulic unit and bore; it is a separate repair from caliper seals or a rear master cylinder.
