About the Yamaha FZR600
FZR600 service parts and a complete seal-size comparison with the R-labeled application.
The FZR600 collection brings together carburetor, engine and chassis service applications that change by year. The featured carb kit lists 1990–1991, the engine gasket set 1989–1993 and the clutch plate 1989–1991. Keep those component ranges separate from the broader fork-seal coverage.
Compare the full fork-seal profile
The selected FZR600 oil-seal pair is labeled 38 × 50 × 8/9.5 mm. The FZR600R example is 41 × 53 × 8/10.5 mm. The difference includes the inside diameter, outside diameter and profile height; a shared “FZR600” name is not enough. Record the full Yamaha model code, original market and fitted fork, especially on a motorcycle with replacement suspension.
