About the Honda CR85
Use the full R or RB Expert designation before selecting parts for a CR85 repair.
CR85R and CR85RB Expert are separate model identities within the Honda CR85 family. This page helps you choose the correct route, while the repair examples use confirmed CR85R applications. Wheel size, replacement plastics or the CR85 name alone cannot establish Expert parts compatibility.
Use the family guide to choose the right CR85 search
For a CR85R, open the CR85R collection and select the year. For an Expert, retain the RB designation and identify the fitted wheel, fork, caliper and fuel tap. The R-model clutch and fork ranges below remain product-specific and do not confirm an Expert application.

Use the model, year and fitted component together when comparing these applications.
Model version
R and RB Expert remain separate applications
Use a product that names the relevant version. Do not transfer an R-only brake or fork entry to an Expert by assumption.
Clutch and fork years
Different selected ranges
The steel plate lists CR85R 2003–2005; the oil seals list CR85R 2003–2007. Each part needs its own year check.
Fuel tap
Identify the riveted design
The selected repair kit is for a rivet-style Honda tap. Match that construction and the product’s model entry before choosing a kit.
