About the Honda TRX350FM Rancher 4x4
Carburetor and front hydraulic-brake repairs for the foot-shift Rancher 4x4.
The TRX350FM is the foot-shift, four-wheel-drive Rancher 350. FE identifies the electric-shift 4x4 and TM the two-wheel-drive foot-shift version. Use FM and the model year for drivetrain or control parts; selected maintenance products can have explicitly shared applications.

The front shoes list FM 2000–2005. The front master-cylinder kit and cap diaphragm list 2004–2006 and service separate parts of the hydraulic assembly. The carb kit and oil filter each list 2000–2006 for routine engine and fuel-system work.
Model and application differencesCompare your TRX350FM repair options
| Model or repair | What to check |
|---|---|
| FM versus FE and TM | FM identifies the foot-shift 4x4. FE has electric shift; TM is the two-wheel-drive foot-shift model. Select by full code, not Rancher 350 alone. |
| 2000–2005 front shoes | The featured front-shoe product lists these FM years. It does not establish a 2006 application. |
| 2004–2006 hydraulic components | The selected front cylinder kit and cap diaphragm cover these FM years. They address different locations in the system. |
Frame, engine and component markingsHonda TRX350FM Rancher 4x4 identification
Use the complete frame/model identification and the correct market documentation. Identify a replacement engine, carburetor or front end separately from the frame.
- Check FM and year on the frame/model label before following a Rancher application.
- Identify the front drum and the master cylinder actually fitted to the ATV.
- Compare carburetor markings before ordering the rebuild kit, especially after an aftermarket replacement.
A shared model prefix or similar appearance does not establish the model year or parts fitment.
