About the Suzuki DR200
Find the right DR200 model before building your repair order.
The DR200 family collection brings together three model designations: DR200, DR200S and DR200SE. It is a useful starting point for a bike that needs several jobs, from fork service to a carburetor refresh. The model links above help you move from a broad DR200 search to the version on your motorcycle.
Build the parts list around each repair
Start with the assembly you are servicing, then compare the product application. The examples below include early DR200 fork seals and front brake pads, plus a DR200SE steel clutch plate. Keep fuel-system, suspension and clutch choices separate when planning a larger service.

DR200 suspension and brakes
The fork seals and front pads shown below list DR200 1986–1988. Compare the seals with the fitted forks and the pads with the front caliper.
DR200SE service parts
Open the DR200SE collection for front master-cylinder, fork and clutch repairs. Its steel clutch plate covers selected years, which are listed individually on that page.
DR200S fuel and electrical parts
The DR200S page includes float needles, oil filters and turn-signal lamps. Its early-model examples have their own year coverage, so keep your model year in the search.
Identify your motorcycle before orderingDR200 identification & fitment checks
- Photograph the complete frame identification and record the year and market from the motorcycle’s documents.
- For brake parts, identify the front caliper or master cylinder; for fork seals, measure the removed seal.
- For clutch work, compare plate type, thickness and tang pattern before deciding the quantity required.
