Match the Exact Honda CL Model and Engine Platform
A shared CL prefix does not establish interchangeability. The CL350 and CL360 are separate parallel-twin platforms with differences in engine, carburetion, electrical, brake and chassis components. The CL450 uses Honda's larger double-overhead-cam parallel twin and should not be treated as a larger version of the CL350. Some hardware may cross-reference with related Honda models, but only when the individual product listing confirms the exact application and year.
Smaller CL motorcycles require the same care. The CL125A is a twin-cylinder model, while the CL125S is a single-cylinder motorcycle. CL175 and CL200 applications also differ despite their similar size and appearance. Earlier CL72 and CL77 motorcycles belong to another generation of Honda twins. Always match the complete designation—including K, A or S suffixes where applicable—rather than ordering by displacement or appearance alone.
