About the Honda CL70
CL70 engine, carburetor and front-brake parts with clear year boundaries.
Honda’s CL70 Scrambler needs its own application within the small Honda range. CL70, CT70 and C70 are not interchangeable labels for ordering. Even within CL70, the tank petcock and front brake shoes cover an additional year compared with the engine gasket set and carburetor float components.
Tank petcock or carburetor float valve?
The petcock opens and shuts off fuel at the tank. The float needle and seat control fuel entering the carburetor bowl, operated by the float. A replacement petcock does not repair a worn float valve. Identify the affected component and compare the tank connection or carburetor markings before choosing a part.
