About the Honda TRX90
Air, brake and ignition service parts for the Honda TRX90 ATV.
This collection is for Honda’s small TRX90 ATV and includes selected TRX90EX applications. Air-filter maintenance, front and rear drum-brake service, exhaust sealing and ignition repairs each need their own part comparison. Start with the ATV’s full identification and the assembly being repaired. A later gasket-set application does not extend the coverage of an earlier CDI or brake-shoe listing.
Treat front and rear brakes as separate applications
Front brake shoes and rear brake shoes belong to different assemblies. Compare the correct drum and package quantity for each position. For engine servicing, match the fitted airbox and exhaust joint separately. The current CDI listing covers earlier TRX90 years than the engine gasket set, so those ranges should not be combined.

Front and rear shoes
The featured front and rear shoe listings cover TRX90 for 1993–2005. Confirm the correct position, shoe dimensions and number of sets required.
TRX90 versus EX
The air filter lists TRX90 for 1993–2006 and TRX90EX for 2007–2008. A separate EX entry does not extend every TRX90 part to the EX.
Ignition and gasket years
The CDI lists TRX90 for 1993–2000. The engine gasket set lists TRX90 for 2001–2013. Match each part independently to the identified ATV.
Identify your ATV before orderingTRX90 identification checklist
Use the ATV’s identification and the fitted component together. A registration year or family name can leave important application details unresolved.
- Read the ATV’s complete model designation and establish the model year.
- Identify front or rear brake position and compare the drum and shoe arrangement.
- Photograph the fitted airbox or CDI connector if a previous owner may have changed the assembly.
