Honda CB1100 GL1800 NRX1800 Tensioner Lifter Gasket - Replaces Honda OEM 14560-MY5-851. This tensioner lifter gasket seals the cam-chain tensioner lifter mounting joint to help prevent oil leaks.
Replace it whenever the lifter is removed and confirm bolt pattern, oil passage, and tensioner body fit.
